Welcome to the so-called ‘get money for nothing sector’ in IM, which is still growing fast, thanks to the incredible pace of growth of internet use across the world. We are talking of affiliate internet marketing – the gigantic network of affiliate sites, products and services that earns money for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week no matter where you are.
Although it operates on the lines of a chain mail marketing system, in reality, nothing could be more different.
A] - You are promoting a real product or website which you have yourself used and tested, and you are ’sort’ of an expert’. B]- You are earning a legitimate commission by introducing others, and you earn money through honest labor : by advertising ! However make it a point of knowing your market well, in the long run, it will make all the difference.

But there is a constant demand for new products and technology, and the market keeps constantly changing ! The key is to match what you offer to what the market wants : and it means a lot of research. There are firms out there who earn a living by selling research alone.
A method which is likely to work better in coming years is to develop your contacts in very specific niches, and increase your knowledge to appear convincing to your customers when you contact them. If you choose dog food as your area of specialty you might have an advantage in knowing where to find customers to sell your eBooks and services better than someone who dabbles in everything from real estate to space ships !
Specialization is the name of the game in the coming years..
